Vallée d'Urubamba (La Convención, Cusco), 400–1 200 m — une altitude rare pour le cacao. Sols limono-sableux, journées chaudes et nuits andines fraîches qui concentrent les arômes. Variété native cultivée par les communautés Machiguenga, presque sans tanins.
